2- Select Wireless & networks
3- Select Mobile Networks
4- Select Access Point Names.
5- Tap the three dots at the bottom right and select New APN

3. Proxy blank 
4. Username blank 
5. Password blank 
6. Server blank 
7. MMSC http://mmsc.cingular.com 
8. MMS Proxy wireless.cingular.com 
9. MMS Port 80

13. APN Type internet + mms
